Last week I did a huge post on how to pick winning markets.
Was the post too detailed?
I was surprised I didn't get more comments about it.
If you need to discover or have more confidence in your market,
I suggest you spend 30 minutes and do the exercise.
I really think it's worthwhile spending the time going through
it.
If you're not confident about what market you're in, then you're
always going to be jumping to the next shiny thing and never
actually making an impact.

This week I want to dig in a bit further and show you the key
things I look at specifically when I've chosen a market and I'm
trying to figure out which part of the market to focus on.

For the past 6 weeks we've been working really hard on completely
redeveloping the AssociatePrograms.com site from scratch.
It was really long in the tooth, both technology and design wise.
This is going to be a seriously radical overhaul including a
completely new rebrand.
It will also look beautiful - even on a mobile phone.
We're also going to be rolling out some new features over the
next 8 weeks.
One of these features is hopefully going to blow your mind.
It's never been attempted before in the affiliate space.
Keep your eye's peeled.
