It's a devastating feeling. Google pushes out a new update to their algorithm and your rankings disappear. All that hard work and it feels like it has been for nothing.

If we are honest with ourselves, most of us push the boundaries when we are trying to rank well. Unfortunately Google has a knack of eventually catching up with us and penalizing our sites.

It's at these times, we've got to not get sentimental and just "man or woman up" and figure out how to fix the problem.
